Payment terms include:

• No setup fees or monthly minimums
• Payment due within 30 days of invoice
• Automatic billing for delivered qualified leads
• Right to dispute charges within 30 days

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Transmitting spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with other users' use of the service
• Using the service for fraudulent or deceptive practices

6. Data and Privacy

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice. We may also terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, but you will remain responsible for any outstanding payments.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

The arbitration shall take place in Eagle Pass, Texas, and shall be conducted in English.
